.......... .... <br /> �, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -. , �" STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . 7TH�f•M�,.M_:,; <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 174 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR RENTAL/LEASE OF A PORTABLE RESTROOM <br /> FOR MO`OHEAU PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the public restrooms and existing portable restrooms in place at Mo`oheau Park <br /> are heavily used by members of the public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, does not have enough funding to <br /> rent/lease an additional portable restroom for Mo`oheau Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, a sanitary restroom is a necessity; and <br /> WHEREAS, expected use for an additional portable restroom will also require an additional <br /> pumping on a weekly basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contigency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Park Maintenance Division for the rent/lease of an additional <br /> portable restroom and an additional weekly pumping; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $10,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Park Maint OCE $10,000 <br /> (Rental/Lease of Equipment, Mo`oheau <br /> Park Portable restrooms) <br />
