STATE OF HAWAII <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 177 7 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR EDUCATIONAL SPORT WORKSHOPS. <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i, Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation <br /> Division, needs funding to assist staff with sports programming training workshop; and <br /> WHEREAS, the cost for implementing this program continues to increase as participation <br /> increases; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i, Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation <br /> Division, recognizes that all children who participate in organized sports develop interpersonal skills <br /> and tend to achieve higher results in school; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, for the purchase of workbooks, training <br /> material and related expenses; now, therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE, Misc.
