;••••!: <br /> /�JN�v.os <br /> •COUNTY OF HAWAII I•���" %_•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> err b.•N..� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 17 8 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR EDUCATIONAL SPORT WORKSHOPS. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is in need of funding to provide <br /> educational workshops and training for athletes, parents, coaches, officials, and volunteers; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i believes that sports teach life lessons through positive <br /> coaching; and <br /> WHEREAS,the children participating in organized sports tend to achieve higher results in <br /> school, develop excellent interpersonal skills, and lead healthier lives; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation to assist in the continuation of these educational workshops and <br /> training; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div.
