. fPJNtYICi/',�'�•. <br /> L� ice . <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> . 7/E Gf•Mpi <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 179 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO THE <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR EQUIPMENT AT THE HILO MUNICIPAL GOLF <br /> COURSE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Hilo Municipal Golf Course has <br /> identified the need for a Cushman Turf-Truckster utility vehicle and GreensGroomer Brush System <br /> equipment for maintenance at the Hilo Municipal Golf Course; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Hilo Municipal Golf Course has <br /> deferred the purchasing of new equipment due to budget constraints and finds it difficult to maintain its <br /> existing equipment to keep the greens in optimal condition for the benefit of patrons of the course; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Trans To Golf Course Fnd for the purchase of a Cushman Turf- <br /> Truckster utility vehicle and GreensGroomer Brush System grounds maintenance equipment; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL: <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $31,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $31,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.36 Department of Parks & Recreation $31,000 <br /> Trans To Golf Course Fnd <br /> (Golf Course Oce, M.V./Hvy Eqpt, <br /> Cushman Turf-Truckster, $26,000, <br /> GreensGroomer Brush System, $5,000) <br />
