+tV os H��J•. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII - •� �" %�•` STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 182 1 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO THE <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND <br /> TRAINING CLINICS. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division has identified <br /> the need for funds to provide educational workshops and training clinics for athletes, parents, <br /> coaches, officials and volunteers throughout the island of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawai`i believes that youths participating in organized sports <br /> programs tend to achieve higher results in school, develop excellent interpersonal skills, and lead <br /> healthier lives; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, for miscellaneous expenses <br /> associated with educational workshops and training clinics for athletes, parents, coaches, <br /> officials and volunteers; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $2,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE, Misc.
