...• <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -: ''' /:• STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 7TH 0'f•Np� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 184 1 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR TABLES, CHAIRS AND EQUIPMENT AT <br /> HALE HALAWAI. <br /> WHEREAS, Hale Halawai is a park and recreational facility used by citizens of the <br /> County of Hawai`i for elderly activities, family celebrations, community meetings, classes, and <br /> other large events; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, needs new <br /> equipment in order to continue to provide the community with elderly and recreational activities <br /> at Hale Halawai; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to an increase in participation and aging tables and chairs, additional <br /> tables, chairs, storage equipment, and floor maintenance equipment need to be purchased; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of tables, chairs, storage equipment, <br /> and floor maintenance equipment for use at Hale Halawai; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $18,307 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $18,307 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $18,307 <br /> Recreation Div Equip, Misc.
