Amends Subsection (c) concerning fare prepayment discounts relating to the
purchase of a monthly and annual bus pass fare plan, the purchase of discounted
monthly or annual bus passes, and adds language regarding the validity of the
annual passes. Also establishes a pilot program for a bus pass valid for unlimited
rides on all routes from January 1, 2014, to June 30, 2014, with no grace period.
