.OJ�tY OS Mq�'.. <br /> 4.y <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 190 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT'S COMMUNITY <br /> OFFICERS BICYCLE PATROL. <br /> WHEREAS,the Police Department's Community Policing Officers on bicycle patrol address <br /> liquor enforcement, drug enforcement, traffic enforcement, parking problems, public nuisances, <br /> pedestrian safety and visitor safety; and <br /> WHEREAS, bicycle patrols will require training, equipment and appropriate uniforms for each <br /> of the seven Community Policing Officers in the South Hilo District; and <br /> WHEREAS, bicycle patrols will require adequate funds for the repair, tune-up, service, parts <br /> and labor for ten bicycles; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the <br /> Police Department, South Hilo Police, for bicycle equipment, maintenance and repair; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $6,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $6,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.201.5203.02 Police Department $6,000 <br /> South Hilo Police—Oce <br /> 109 Sup, Equipment Repair/Ma, 235 Misc Materials & Sup <br /> ($1,750 uniforms, $595 helmet and gloves, $1,155 web belt, <br /> $2,500 repair, tune-up, service, parts and labor) <br />
