/tr.os q ; <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII i-14\ -'s,01.- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> trE oF•M�,p: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 192 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR THE RENTAL/LEASE OF A PORTABLE <br /> RESTROOM AT THE HAKALAU VETERANS PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, there are no public restrooms at the Hakalau Veterans Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation does not have funds to rent/lease a <br /> portable restroom with weekly servicing at the Hakalau Veterans Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the the Hakalau Veterans Park is used by the community for sports and <br /> community events; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Park Maintenance Division for the rent/lease of a portable <br /> restroom with weekly servicing; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $10,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation <br /> Park Maint OCE, $10,000 <br /> 111 Rental/Lease of Equipment <br /> (Hakalau Veterans Park Portable restroom) <br />
