COUNTY OF HAWAII ' %_•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ♦,Fri OFMF''�'•- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 158 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A STOVE AT PA`AUILO PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, Pa'auilo Park has a recreational facility used by citizens of the County of <br /> Hawai`i for elderly activities, family celebrations, community meetings, classes, and other large <br /> events; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, needs a new <br /> stove in order to continue to provide the community with elderly and recreational activities at <br /> Pa'auilo Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the stove that they currently have at the facility is no longer safe for public <br /> use; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of a new stove for the facility at <br /> Pa'auilo Park; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $800 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $800 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $800 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> (Pa'auilo Park Stove) <br />
