REQUEST: <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance 13-65 <br /> To accept and acknowledge energy rebate increase from $44,112.00 to the amount of$55,000.00 from <br /> Hawai'i Energy. This energy savings is a result of street light conversions from Low Pressure Sodium (LPS) <br /> to Light Emitting Diodes (LED's) in FY 2012-2013. This Hawai'i Energy rebate will be used towards future <br /> energy savings efforts. <br /> B.
