.�,M�V OF h,1�$i•,. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> �TF OF•NF� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 198 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR THE PURCHASE OF FOUR(4) WIRELESS <br /> MERAKI BOXES FOR THE TOWN OF HONOKA`A. <br /> WHEREAS, the town of Honoka`a lacks sufficient wireless internet access connection; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, with this wireless internet access connection comes increased access to the <br /> community, county, state, country and the world for our residents and visitors, and <br /> WHEREAS, the town of Honoka`a will be the receipient of free wireless internet access <br /> with the low-cost addition of four(4) Meraki boxes to work in conjunction with businesses that <br /> volunteer their buildings as sites to mount access points; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Honoka`a Business Association has agreed to manage and maintain this <br /> wireless project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Information Technology to be used towards the purchase of four (4) Meraki <br /> boxes; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.118.5118.10 Department of Information and Technology $1,000 <br /> Information Tech Eqpt, Computer Eqpt & <br /> (Honoka`a Town Meraki Boxes) <br />
