At the July 23, 2013 County <br /> Council Committee on Finance hearing, Resolution 140-13 was postponed. It is our <br /> understanding that the deadline for placement on the November 5, 2013 Committee on Finance <br /> agenda is October 17, 2013. Please set this matter on the agenda for the November 5th hearing. <br /> This will confirm that Kohala Kai, LLC understands that the North Kohala Community <br /> Development Plan Action Committee and other community members would like Kohala Kai, <br /> LLC to consider alternative alignments for the public access easements. Since Kohala Kai, LLC <br /> has already constructed the public access improvements, it has declined the alternative <br /> alignments.
