'Tf OF•MP� . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 204 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT <br /> MAINTENANCE FACILITY ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT THE WAIAKEA <br /> FIRE STATION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawai`i Fire Department's Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance <br /> Facility located at the Waiakea Fire Station is in need of a new roof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current condition of the Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Facility <br /> roof is beyond repair and requires a total replacement to provide a weather proof covering; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department's equipment, vehicles, electronics and parts inventory, <br /> including the rescue helicopter, are in danger of damage and exposure to the weather; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Public Works for a new roof for the Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance <br /> Facility at the Waiakea Fire Station; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $25,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $25,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.171.5171.22 Department of Public Works <br /> Building R&M OCE, $25,000 <br /> 110 Repairs to Facilities <br /> (Vehicle and Maintenance Facility Roof <br /> Replacement at the Waiakea Fire Station) <br />
