--,NtY GiN�. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII ;,+ �`"'-''�/=•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> E CF•M��- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 214 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO A HOLIDAY <br /> EVENT FOR ELDERLY NATIVE HAWAIIANS. <br /> WHEREAS, ALU LIKE, Inc., is a statewide, non-profit organization which assists <br /> Native Hawaiians of all ages by providing cultural enrichment and helping them to achieve <br /> social and economic self-sufficiency; and <br /> WHEREAS, ALU LIKE, Inc., is coordinating a holiday event for their elderly (kupuna) <br /> clients to be held in West Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mass Transit Agency collaborates with community organizations to <br /> help provide transportation for special events that benefit the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br /> the Mass Transit Agency to assist with transporting ALU LIKE, Inc.'s elderly (kupuna) clients to <br /> a holiday event taking place in West Hawai`i; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $618 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $618 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.311.5311.02 Mass Transit $618 <br /> Mass Transit OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
