WHEREAS, the County Council is authorized to initiate the naming of an existing street <br /> by resolution pursuant to Section 14-85 of the Hawaii County Code; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> unnamed access road to the West Hawai`i Veterans Cemetery, as indicated on Exhibit A of this <br /> resolution, be named "Ke Ala Koa." <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this <br /> resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P.
