COUNTY OF HAWAII •':- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 'A <br /> • TE OF•NF,� <br /> BILL NO. 148 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24-281 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to establish a tow-away zone in the area. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-281, Schedule 29. Parking <br /> prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the <br /> Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), be amended by adding new item and <br /> renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) Kalaniana`ole Street, south side,from a point eighty-three feet east of the Seaside <br /> Restaurant driveway to a point one hundred eight feet west of Lokoaka Street. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br /> and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
