Due to the pressing need for acquisition of the five parcels of land to complete the development and construction of the last phase of the Mamalahoa Highway Bypass Road from south of the intersection of Mamalahoa Highway Bypass Road and Haleki`i Street to the intersection of Napo`opo`o Road and Mamalahoa Highway Intersection, the Department of Public Works is requesting that this eminent domain resolution be waived through committee and placed on the full Council agenda at the earliest possible time.
