JMtYIOF Mtn... <br /> -may �. .... .. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII a�=��" /���, STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 7Tf OF•M'.� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 226 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR BICYCLE RACKS AT THE PAHOA AQUATIC <br /> CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides maintenance, service and <br /> recreational opportunities for the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pahoa Aquatic Center needs two bicycle racks to provide safe storage <br /> of bicycles while utilizing the pool and other park amenities; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks & Recreation for the purchase of two bicycle racks, and if applicable, <br /> miscellaneous supplies related to park improvements in Puna; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,200 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,200 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $1,200 <br /> Parks Maintenance OCE <br /> 235 Misc.
