Of�Nf'• -- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 234 13 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOT E OF KONA COMMONS <br /> (MAKALAPUA BUSINESS CENTER SUBDIVISION INCREMENT 3) (FILE PLAN <br /> 2454), BEING A PORTION OF TAX MAP KEY: (3) 7-4-025:017, (MAKALA <br /> BOULEVARD), AND THE SEWER SYSTEM THEREUNDER SITUATED AT <br /> KEAHUOLU, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, ISLAND, COUNTY AND STATE OF <br /> HAWAII FROM TRUSTEES OF THE QUEEN LILI`UOKALANI TRUST. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, Trustees of the Queen Lili`uokalani Trust are the owners of Lot E of Kona <br /> Commons (Makalapua Business Center Subdivision Increment 3) (File Plan 2454), containing an <br /> area of 3.336 acres, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key: (3) 7-4-025:017, (Makala <br /> Boulevard) situated at Keahuolu, District of North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawai`i, <br /> as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, Trustees of the Queen Lili`uokalani Trust are the owners of the sanitary <br /> sewer system, including all sanitary sewer pipelines, equipment, and other related facilities and <br /> appurtenances attached thereto (hereinafter"sewer facilities") installed and in existence on and <br /> under the above referenced lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, Trustees of the Queen Lili`uokalani Trust have constructed all subdivision <br /> improvements and received final subdivision approval for the above-referenced lot; and <br /> WHEREAS, Trustees of Queen Lili`uokalani Trust is desirous of granting the County of <br /> Hawai`i the sewer facilities, which are found on the above referenced lot described in Exhibit <br /> "A" attached; and <br /> WHEREAS, the sewer facilities have been inspected and found to be in acceptable <br /> condition and are in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 21 of the Hawai`i County Code; <br /> and <br />
