BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, <br /> in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23-10 <br /> of the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Lot B (Eho Street <br /> Extension), containing an area of 16,651 square feet, identified as a portion of Tax Map Keys: (3) 7-4- <br /> 015:015 and (3) 7-4-015:022, delineated on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, including all improvements <br /> thereon, for public road purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br /> William P.
