BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, <br /> in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23-10 <br /> of the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Ma'a Way (Road <br /> Lot A), containing an area of 32,811 square feet, identified as a portion of Tax Map Keys: (3) 7-4- <br /> 010:013, 014 and(3) 7-4-025:005, delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all <br /> improvements thereon, for public road purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br /> William P.
