BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Resolution 179-13 was adopted October 16, 2013. Council Member Onishi transferred $31,000 out from the <br /> Clerk-Council Services - Contingency Relief Account to the Department of Parks and Recreation, Transfer to <br /> Golf Course Fund.
