Treasurer Victorino reported that the County <br /> is hosting the Hawaii Water Works Association's Annual <br /> Conference October 23 through October 25, 2013 at the Makena <br /> Beach and Golf Resort. He further reported that the theme for this <br /> year's conference theme is "Balancing Water Demand and Land <br /> Use." <br /> 2. Hawaii County Report. Vice President Onishi reported that the <br /> Council postponed action on the HSAC 2014 Legislative Package <br /> until the next round of Committee meetings scheduled for next <br /> week. <br /> 3. City and County of Honolulu Report. Secretary Chang reported <br /> that the Council will take action on the HSAC 2014 Legislative <br /> Package at its upcoming round of Committee meetings scheduled <br /> for next month.
