COUNTY OF HAWAII y-- = STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ''TE�_f : � . <br /> BILL NO. 163 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 6, SECTION 24-288 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> FREIGHT LOADING ZONES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawaii County Code to <br /> match what exists in the field. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-288, Schedule 36. Freight <br /> loading zones, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding new item and renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) Kino`ole Street, southwest(mauka) side, from a point two hundred ninety-seven <br /> feet southeast of Ponahawai Street and extending fifty-two feet in the southeasterly <br /> direction. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br /> SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof <br /> to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, <br /> and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
