JM�Y'�F N��Y�'. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 74.G;•N�,� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 242 13 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) FOR TOBACCO-FREE SIGNS AT COUNTY PARKS, <br /> BEACHES AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN WEST HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 14, Article 4, Section 14-21 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> Edition, as amended), prohibits the use of tobacco products at all County parks, beaches and <br /> recreational facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation plans to post signs at County parks, <br /> beaches and recreational facilities to educate the public on the prohibition of tobacco products; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of tobacco free signs; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $3,000 <br /> Parks Maint.
