Lee, via Communication No. 513 <br /> dated October 31, 2013, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5 (Parking), Section 24-281, <br /> Schedule 29 (Parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), under(c) <br /> South Hilo by deleting existing item (29) and adding"Derby Lane, northeast side, from a point <br /> twenty-seven feet northwest of Wilson Street to a point forty-two feet southeast of Haft Street, <br /> from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m." <br /> The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawaii county Code to match the conditions that exist in <br /> the field.
