.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> te , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 252 is <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR CHAIRS AT THE MAKA`EO EVENTS PAVILION. <br /> WHEREAS, the Maka`eo Events Pavilion is used by citizens of the County of Hawaii for <br /> elderly activities, family celebrations, community meetings, classes, and other large events; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, needs replacement <br /> chairs due to its terrible condition, and new chairs purchased will be heavy duty grade, built to last <br /> longer, and will provide safer use; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division for the purchase of replacement chairs; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $8,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $8,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $8,000 <br /> Parks Maint.
