.JMtr•os a��'.. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> ���-��'�/�•�- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 262 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A SHADE CANOPY AT OLD KONA AIRPORT <br /> PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the Old Kona Airport Park is a park and recreational facility used by <br /> citizens of the County of Hawai`i for family celebrations, community meetings, and other large <br /> events; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, needs to <br /> purchase a shade canopy for the Old Kona Airport Park in order to provide essential sun <br /> protection for the park users; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of a shade canopy for use at the Old <br /> Kona Airport Park; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $8,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $8,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $8,000 <br /> Parks Maint.
