The County currently leases this property to Parents and <br /> Children Together (PACT) on a month to month basis. PACT wishes to enter into a new, 30 year <br /> lease in order to qualify for federal funding to improve the facilities, and to further establish their <br /> community programs. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate the lease of this real <br /> property.
