The property <br /> is located on the northwest side of Kamana Street, between Kino`ole Street and Kilauea Avenue, <br /> approximately 340 feet northeast from the Kamana Street-Kino`ole Street intersection, Waiakea <br /> House Lots 2nd Series, South Hilo, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> Change of Zone Ordinance No. 02-49 was approved by the County Council to <br /> change the district classification from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to General <br /> Commercial (CG-20) for TMK: 2-2-022: 005.
