Ford, dated August 13, 2013. Prohibits the <br /> cultivation, development, or use of any genetically modified organism (GMO), or <br /> to genetically modify any specific or non-specific parts of an organism's genome. <br /> Exempts state or federally licensed medical or agricultural research institutions <br /> provided all activity is located in a biosafety level 3 containment facility.
