PC-21 January 21, 2014 <br /> Bill 179: AMENDS CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 2, DIVISION 4, SECTION 25-2-42 OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING <br /> TO SITE VISITS FOR CHANGE OF ZONING DISTRICT APPLICATIONS <br /> Prior to making a recommendation to the planning commission, the Planning Director <br /> or the Director's authorized representative shall conduct a site visit of the designated <br /> property to verify that the information within the application is accurate, determine if <br /> there are any omissions, and find and record any unusual circumstances that may <br /> warrant special consideration by the Commission or the Council.
