COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 293 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO REFURBISH PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT <br /> THE ARTHUR C. GREENWELL PARK. <br /> WHEREAS, the playground equipment is in disrepair and is not being used at the Arthur <br /> C. Greenwell Park(Yano Hall) in Captain Cook; and <br /> WHEREAS, replacement parts of the playground equipment is needed to greatly <br /> enhance the children's playground area and enhance the satisfaction of the keikis of the <br /> community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mauka Rotary Club of Kona has volunteered to dismantle, replace and <br /> reassemble the playground equipment as their community service project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be used to refurbish <br /> the playground equipment at the Arthur C. Greenwell Park; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $8,600 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5105.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $8,600 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $8,600 <br /> Parks Maint OCE <br /> 235-Misc.
