JNSY'�F... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII " i STATE OF HAWAII <br /> cr,N►''�' . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 303 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR MATERIALS TO BUILD NEW GATES AT <br /> HALE HALAWAI. <br /> WHEREAS, Hale Halawai is a County recreational facility that is utilized by the public <br /> for elderly activities, family celebrations, community meetings, classes, and other various events; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, needs to <br /> purchase materials for the construction of replacement gates for Hale Halawai; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, for the purchase of materials for <br /> the construction of new gates at Hale Halawai; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $7,500 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $7,500 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5505.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $7,500 <br /> Parks Maint OCE <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Building Materials for Hale Halawai Gates) <br />
