Lundkvist, of Council District 4 to the County of Hawai'i <br /> Police Commission. Ms. Lundkvist is a 17-year resident of Hawai'i. She recently ended her <br /> term as a member of the Salary Commission on December 31, 2013. <br /> Ms. Lundkvist is a member and past president of the Hilo Bay Rotary Club.
