The purpose of these measures is to update the Hawai`i County Code to <br /> match what exists in the field. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24,Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-288, Schedule 36. Freight <br /> loading zones, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by deleting existing item and renumbering as required: <br /> [ : :., . ! - - . - ., . •. -, . . . .. - - -- <br /> north of Banyan Way and extending thirty seven feet in the northerly direction.] <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-288, Schedule 36. Freight <br /> loading zones, subsection(c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding new item and renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) Banyan Drive,northwest(makai) side, from a point three hundred thirty-four feet <br /> northeast of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending forty four feet <br /> in the northeasterly direction. <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets,bracketed and stricken material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br />
