PUAINAKO STREET TO KAPIOLANI <br /> STREET. <br /> This is amendment is being proposed based on a request from the Chancellor at the <br /> University of Hawaii at Hilo. The goal is to eliminate on-street parking in the subject <br /> area to prevent the random and potentially dangerous crossing of W. Kawili Street to <br /> get to the UHH campus.
