" :4:•`- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 31.0 1.4 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ELECTRONIC <br /> SCOREBOARDS FOR TWO COUNTY FACILITIES WITHIN DISTRICT 5. <br /> WHEREAS, the need for electronic scoreboards has been identified at A.J. Watt Gym in <br /> Mountain View and at Herbert Shipman Park in Kea'au; and <br /> WHEREAS, electronic scoreboards will assist with accurate scorekeeping for athletic events <br /> and recreational activities, add to the spectator experience and augment the overall use of our park <br /> facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation for the purchase of electronic scoreboards for two county facilities <br /> within District 5; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL: <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $17,742 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $17,742 <br />
