"' <br /> r.) - <br /> Re: Operating Budget <br /> The State of Hawai`i Department of Defense is providing funding under the Department of <br /> Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Grants Program for FY 2013 to the <br /> Hawai`i County Civil Defense Department. These federally-derived funds of$370,000, will be <br /> used to purchase specialized equipment to enhance the capability of state and county agencies to <br /> prevent and respond to incidents of terrorism and other hazards.
