Mr. Dill is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. He <br /> is employed by Rider Levett Bucknall as a project manager, and he is also employed by <br /> RCUH as a surveyor. <br /> Mr. Dill serves on the board of the Hawaii Island Contractor's Association. He states <br /> that he is not affiliated with any political party. Mr. Dill was confirmed to this commission <br /> in February 2013, to serve the remainder of a term that expired on December 31, 2013. <br /> Hawaii County Charter Section 13-4(c), states that "members of any board or <br /> commission appointed for a term of two years or less shall be eligible to succeed <br /> themselves for an additional full term."
