<br /> BILL 282: Amends Ordinance 98-49, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
<br /> Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1999, by appropriating revenues of$3,750 in the
<br /> State Grants - Kaulunani Urban Forestry account; and appropriates to the Kamehameha Avenue
<br /> Corridor Landscaping account. AYES: Councilmembers Leithead-Todd, Ray, Reynolds,
<br /> Santangelo, Smith, Tyler, Yagong, and Chairman Arakaki - 8. NOES: None.
<br /> ABSENT & EXCUSED: Councilmember Chung- 1.
<br /> BILL 283: Amends Ordinance 98-50, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and
<br /> Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999, by establishing the South
<br /> Hilo District - Ululani Street appropriation of$16,779.72; funds for this project shall be provided
<br /> from the Fund Balance - Fuel Tax 94-96 account(2271.25) of the Capital Projects Fund.
<br /> AYES: Councilmembers Leithead-Todd, Ray, Reynolds, Santangelo, Smith, Tyler, Yagong, and
<br /> Chairman Arakaki - 8. NOES: None. ABSENT & EXCUSED: Councilmember Chung - 1.
<br /> BILL 284: Amends Ordinance 98-50, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and
<br /> Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1998 to June 30, 1999,by establishing the
<br /> following appropriations: Puna District - Highway/Traffic Division Projects ($29,861.80); South
<br /> Hilo - Engineering Division Projects, Ululani Street($266,861.34) and North Kona-
<br /> Engineering Division Projects, Kona Road Phase III (Federal Aid), Mamalahoa Highway and
<br /> Kuakini Highway ( Hualalai Road to Hawaii Belt Highway); Palani Road Safety Improvements
<br /> (Federal Aid); and Kuakini Highway, Palani Road to Hualani Road(Federal Aid),
<br /> ($189,754.32); funds for these projects shall be provided from the Fund Balance- Fuel
<br /> Tax 92-94 account (2271.24) of the Capital Projects fund.
