STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 324 i 4 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR FIREWORKS FOR THE 4th OF JULY PROGRAM IN <br /> HILO <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is in need of funding to purchase <br /> supplies for the annual fireworks display in Hilo Bay, which commemorates the 4th of July; and <br /> WHEREAS, this purchase will enable the Department of Parks and Recreation to continue a <br /> long-standing and highly anticipated annual event; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation to assist in the purchase of the supplies; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $10,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $10,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5517.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $10,000 <br /> Culture/Arts OCE <br /> 115 Misc Contract Services <br /> (4th of July Program) <br />
