These funds will be used to purchase aggregate material for the repair of Puna District <br /> unpaved roads. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $5,000 <br /> to the Department of Public Works, Highway Division's Puna Road OCE, Highway Materials <br /> account within the Highway Fund. <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee <br /> and be placed on the March 19, 2014 Council Agenda in order to accompany the concurrent <br /> resolution.
