COUNTY OF HAWAII--: ;:: :: ' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 301 <br /> ORDINAINCE NO. 98 118 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 3, section 24-275, schedule 23 (Bus stop <br /> locations), subsection(e)Kohala, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended <br /> by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> Q Mamalahoa Highway.Route 190. south side. beginning from a point one <br /> hundred thirty feet east of the school driveway and extending two hundred <br /> fifty feet in the easterly direction from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from <br /> 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on school days. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br /> need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br /> or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br /> this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
