These funds will be used to purchase and install signage at solid waste facilities in the <br /> Puna District. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $5,000 <br /> to the Department of Environmental Management, Solid Waste Division's Landfills OCE <br /> account within the Solid Waste Fund. <br /> The Department of Environmental Management requests that this bill be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the April 1, 2014 Council Agenda in order to accompany <br /> the concurrent resolution.
