Parking, Section <br /> 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking at anytime, Paragraph (e) Kohala be amended by adding <br /> new item and renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) PANIOLO PLACE, NORTH SIDE. <br /> This amendment is being proposed based on a concern by a resident on Paniolo Place <br /> that when cars park on the north side of Paniolo Place, they are actually in the travel <br /> way. Paniolo Place is a County road with a fifty foot right-of-way. The subject <br /> pavement width is approximately thirty-three feet wide with the northern twenty feet for <br /> vehicular travel and the remaining thirteen feet serving as a shoulder.
