• <br /> .JMSY•�F N��Y . <br /> •C.•�L \ 7i� . <br /> i1I iI/pl <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII •_4\'k 4 /, ..- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 4TH GI•i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 341 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PANA`EWA <br /> EQUESTRIAN CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation supports and promotes health and <br /> well-being by offering diverse recreational activities that incorporate a broad spectrum of <br /> interests, hobbies and passions of residents and visitors; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pana`ewa Equestrian Center is used to stables horses and is a venue for <br /> rodeo competitions and exhibitions; and <br /> WHEREAS, inadequate drainage creates muddy, hazardous conditions at the Pana`ewa <br /> Equestrian Center Rodeo Arena; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to redirect runoff and improve drainage; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $6,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $6,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5523.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $6,000 <br /> Pana`ewa Zoo OCE <br /> 229 Bldg & Constr Materials <br /> (Drainage Improvement Project - <br /> Pana`ewa Equestrian Center) <br />
