Post-audit, which requires that an <br /> independent audit of accounts and financial transactions of the county be conducted at least once <br /> annually by a certified public accountant or firm of certified public accountants, designated by <br /> the Council, who have no personal interest, direct or indirect, in the fiscal affairs of the County. <br /> We ask that this request be placed on the Finance Committee's March 31, 2013 agenda. Accuity <br /> LLP will be present to answer any questions the Council may have.
