COUNTY OF HAWAII • ` '''4 •` STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 366 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR A STUDY ON CLEANING THE PONDS AT <br /> LILI`UOKALANI GARDENS. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation is in need of funding to assist in <br /> cleaning the ponds at Lili`uokalani Gardens; and <br /> WHEREAS, this funding will enable the Department of Parks and Recreation to perform <br /> a study to determine the extent, method, and cost of cleaning said ponds; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide funds for a study; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $20,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $20,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Transfer to Capital Projects Fund $20,000 <br /> (Department of Parks and Recreation— <br /> Lili`uokalani Gardens Pond Cleaning Study <br /> 110.599.5599.50) <br />
